Unprofessional, incompetent and shoddy work
Unable to get a clear list of material correct in the quote Unprofessional conduct and poor communication Charl service manager does not understand the basics of design and process flow and is unable to accomodate changing client needs, unprofessional conduct saying ïf he has time he will quote" - no high production industry will tolerate that Female director could not understand that design changed therefore specs will change and declined to quote without submitting a formal email
