Pathetic service delivery, zero customer service
I ordered stationary early Dec 2024, they received payment 2024, person i dealt with went on maternity leave, numerous emails and calls to office nation, on 16 Jan 2025 received stationary worth R200, however my order was R3000. I was promised the rest of the items as they out of stock and will be ordered, follow-ups and call at last they confirm that they will rather refund beginning of February, still awaiting it's been 3 weeks staff never available , off sick , out of office, to date no refund and the creditor is off sick , pathetic service, I should've, zero customer service, useless staff

Pathetic place!
Absolutely pathetic service! I think I called this place more than 10 times and I must repeat my story that I did not receive my daughters stationary and school started already! One of the consultants told me to come in and I can fetch it I did that and waited for over 20 mins for someone to tell me that one item is missing and it will get delivered to me the next day! I called again as I see it is getting late and I did not get the stationary like it was promised. I have been transferred from pillar to post! How can the service be so terrible I will never recommend this place to anyone Such a *******! I need to probably drive there and get a refund!!! Frustrated client!!!

No Stock for school stationary
Ribbons Office National Brackenfell!! What a joke, how must we buy our kids school boxes with all the stationary in it if you dont have stock for 2 weeks? Three times weve been there for the supplys and everytime no stock. Empty promises were made when stock should arrive. Youre company are the ones that knew when schools were starti g, why didnt you prepare youreself for the rush. What a shame. Never again will i shop there and many people are angry i promise you. Dont have a good day Bye

Worst service
I ordered stationery online beginning of December. Till today I have not received the stationery and there is no communication. I have gone to the Brackenfell store multiple time over the last month, the only thing they tell me is that they are busy with the online orders. Schools are opening on Wednesday.

Worst service

Ribbins Office National excellent SERVICE
Good morning So my son started grade 1 and we ordered online the grade 1 stationary package that office national supply. After one and a half weeks the teacher told me 2 of the white board markers is dry. I emailed the lady that i did the order and explained what happened. And 5 minutes ago the driver of office national delivered the new permanent markers to my doorstep. Great service and friendly staff. Would reccomment them anytime to anyone. Thank you to CIndy-Ann Potgieter who assisted.

Worst false advertising
This was the worst experience I ever had, due to false advertising, don't advertise a R1 item for each person if you have 10, R1 items and the rest is 30% off. No one in there right mind will wait in a line that long for 30% off.
