The DPF on my import Mazda CX 5 was faulty and my check engine light was on. After visiting a few tuning specialists, I ended up making contact with Ribeiro. The first impression was that these are really nice people and knowledgeable too. Upon taking my car in, they did not disappoint. Pricing was competitive and without nasty surprises. The service was amazing. I drove almost 2000 km's after Ribeiro motors attended to my car and all is well. Saying that I am a happy customer is a major understatement. You need to experience their professionalism and service. Well done Team Ribeiro Motors!

The company **** about my turbo cracking and they requested me to purchase a new turbo. I was quoted R 57,000 for fixing a minor issue on the turbo. The workers, particularly in front, were hostile and bully. Please dnt use Ribeiro Motors located in Alberton.

Mar 2022 i have sent my Jeep to Ribeiro with Turbo Problems and they replaced Turbo actuator and problem of not boosting occur ,they then said i need to replace the boost pipes which we did and the problem was still the same . Thirdly Mark Removed the Turbo and confirm that it is faulty. I asked for Discount from Tony who refused and claims that my car is better than before which was a lie and unacceptable as each customer wants fixed vehicle not better. I have spent R+10 000 with no solution to my car while , I had to take my car to JEEP Cargo Motors(Victor and Graham) whom they managed to assist by replacing Turbo and also Claiming the insurance potion. #Admin (Cherry and Gabriela) do have customer service and they do listen # Tony is Very rude and kept making me feel like he is doing me a favour. #Mark is one mechanic who has no clue on car fixing. I cannot recommend Family or Friend to this Business

I booked my car into Ribiero Motors on the 26th of Jan. My engine seized and I was told I've possibly blown a head gasket. I was then told by Tony that if the cylinders inside are damaged, it it fixable but it comes at a cost. I was then told I would have to pay for a strip and quote which I agreed to. Only after 6 days did I get word from Mark at Ribiero Motors that the car is not fixable and the entire engine would need to be replaced. I then approached renault and was told that they could assist me on condition the mechanic puts the engine back together as is was received by Ribiero Motors. I then contacted Ribiero Motors to reassemble the engine which would be at my cost. Fair enough, I agreed to it. I was told I could collect my vehicle on the 4th of Feb which I did and it went directly to Renault. Renault has now informed me that due to poor workmanship, they cannot approve my claim. As per renaulta report, the head gasket was reinstalled upside down and there are a number of parts that are not accounted for, cylinder head Welch plugs included in this. Ribiero motors, Mark specifically, is not taking responsibility for this and I have now lost out on R8000 because of their incompetence. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not get back to you. You have to keep on calling to get feedback. They pocket money unnecessarily and at the end of the day cannot take responsibility for their own incompetence. I am thankful they did not repair my car because a number of things would have gone wrong once I had taken the car from them. Take my advise, do NOT take your vehicles to this place. They are thieves who are out for your money and your car will probably be worse off once it leaves this place. My mother in law had to sell her vehicle once it came back from Ribiero because they too, messed up her car. You are better off at a back yard mechanic. Only negative reviews about this place and they don't even have the decency to respond to these reviews. Mark is absolutely useless and can't own up to his own errors. Useless to say the least
