6 Months Later No Delivery or Refund

I placed an order for golf shirts with these guys in Jan 20 and a promise was made that it will be completed within 3-4 weeks and paid a deposit of R20 000.00. After several enquiries they indicated that they will not be able to fulfill the order and that they will refund my deposit. It is now 6 months later and no refund has been received. Currently I'm in the process of laying a charge of fraud against them and would like to warn others to be very cautious when doing business with this company.
