Poor quality products and zero customer service
Was really disappointed with Richs. I've been a frequent customer since the day they opened. Have always had very favourable comments for them and mentioned them frequently to friends and associates. Today I feel totally let down. Complained about purchase of a box of butter croissants having a rancid smell. Not even a call or response to my complaint. What really embarrasses me is because I purchased 50, I passed some on to friends. Imagine what they must be thinking of me, passing on old food to them.

The HR department of Rich is very useless in paying over maintanence order by a court of law. Fryday the 12 of September 2020 I phones them about maintenance that was not paid .. Jerry Serra must pay an amount per month for the maintenance of his child but the HR department did not do it. they say it will be paid over on Monday , but they didnt do it. The child had twoi open heart surgeries and needs medication for it. Itolked to Lizel and Louie from their HR but no ressults. they whant to know why I am angry with them? They are not trained for the work , got a new payroll that they dont anderstand and dont get help for the training. Why are the HR department so slow , wait 15 days for payment of people?
