AFter decades of trying to find a reliable and honest company I found Right Click Media. After spending hundreds of thousand of rands on people who do not stand by their word, I found Right Click Media. They are truly the Right place to be with. They put me on the map ! Pathetic Service!
I contacted this company and spoke to Wesley about an urgent issue that I needed help with. He told me that they could definitely help me and would get me on-boarded right away. Over 24 hours went by and still no word, every time I phone the receptionist tells me "there was an issue with emails" and "you will get the email now", but will not let me speak to Wesley! I was going to move my entire hosting and adwords campaigns to you guys but I am so glad I didn't! You guys are utterly useless!

Right Click Media Rip Off
I feel like I have been ripped off. I was desperate after COVID to get my google ads performing. I was referred to Right Click Media. At first they were great and went out of their way to help me. But wanted R5125 to managed my google ads and a further R5000 to get SEO linked which in my opinion was not necessary. I kept being pushed towards paying the R5000 for SEO services. I eventually gathered my first R5125 together and then my ads stopped performing properly. I feel this was purposefully done to get the further R5000. The payment of R5125 is for a month of management fees. I told them to stop after 2 weeks as my ads were not doing as was promised. I asked them to refund me half as I had paid them for a full month and only 2 weeks of work was done. This was not done and during COVID I feel they could have been more understanding. I feel violated by the company and I certainly would not recommend them. Penny

Right Click Media is definitely the Wrong Click Media
Right Click Media did cold calling and phoned our company to set up a appointment to discuss their services. After they phoned me 5 times to confirm the appointment they never pitched... Very unprofessional. Also referring to my director on his first name.. again very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with Right Click Media
Our company has had ongoing issues and frustration with Right Click Media. We signed up beginning of March this year and after a few weeks the frustration started. I had to request numerous times for reports on the campaign. They promised monthly blogs of which they only did one. They even used the wrong locations on our Google AdWords. They have not done their homework on our industry or our business at all. We lost significant market share since joining them. We even made additional funds towards our AdWords spent and had no improvements. Our Website Review and SEO Audit reports suggested some improvements and since joining RCM, the suggested improvements almost doubled meaning they did nothing to improve anything on our site! They just kept on making promises but never delivered on them. They pride themselves being a Google Premier partner but I will definitely make contact with Google on RCM over promising but under delivering. Not a company I will recommend at all.

Don't even think about signing up with them
<p>I signed up with this company during October 2016, and sinse then had bad customer relationships in all aspects. I was promised services by Juan that never realised, and was not able to receive e-mail on 2 occasions. If you run an on-line business please do not ever consider making use of their services. This afternoon, since around 12h00 my e-mail was not accessable. I am running a business and Ricky has promised to get back to me regarding this problem since then. It is 20h30 on Friday evening, not one of my e-mails were delivered. My reputation is ruiend as far as my response to enquiries are concerned. Sharmaine appears to be concerned about her service but that it where the bug stops DO NOT EVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE</p>

Well done to Sharmaine and her staff on handing out 100 cups of soup and 100 blankets to the needy in the area on Monday the 15th June, as part of the Random Act of Kindness Campaign.<br> <br> Great to see a company with a social conscience and a BIG heart.
