Worth every cent spent with the initial installation
As far as quality and service at incredibly affordable prices goes, you simply cannot beat Corotech garage doors. What AMAZING work they do. Nothing is too much hassle. Today I asked them to come back to double check on one of the door's roller wheels and they came when they said they would, fixed things up at no cost to me, willingly and professionally.

We had an amazing experience with Jacques Coetsee Garage Doors. He was so professional. Quick to visit the site, access and made a date and price. Work was Neat, Fast and end product beautiful. We are so happy No hassels and no fuss. Definitely recommendable.

Right fit doors , Do you even still exist? Pathethic service
I had an installation done by Right fit doors barely a year ago, Now the door is stuck and there is no way of getting hold of them. Am struggling to get hold of them the same way I struggled to get hold of them after I had paid fully for the door last year. Their no@ 012 817 2065 is forever unavailable, an email sent to them on the 24th of July 2019 remains unanswered till to date, including a message which I left on their "contact us " block on their website. I have even tried the cell number @ 072 5592409 listed under their name without any success. I have never come across a company that has such disregard for customer service> when you do use them- its at your own risk.

DO NOT even consider this company. Rather pay more and get the job done properly by professionals. Terrible service. Poor installation. It is months after installation was "complete" and still waiting for problem to be rectified.

USE RIGHTFIT'S SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK
Doors are nice, however the installation crew did not apply any adhesive to the door panels which fit and hold together. A year later after the guarantee lapsed the sagging due to little to no ahesive used is evident. Rightfit is refusing to remedey the situation. On the day of the installation, the team did say they did not have adhesive and asked for cash out of our own pockets to buy from the local hardware store. I am not aware of whether the adhesive used was SABS approved and for garage door isntallation or not. Currently we are sitting with a door that is sagging and Righfit is not prepared to ressolve the situation! It is very irresponsible of Rightfit to send out installation teams without the proper tools or equipment required to complete the job. Should the door collapse and cause damage - it is in my view Rightfit's responsibility as they did not provide the full installation service which was paid for. PS. The money used for the adhesive was additional money which was paid over and about the door price and installation fee which we didn't even bother to complain about because we were just relieved that the door arrived after numerous atttempts to get a hold of the office to confirm delivery and installation dates. The service is unaacpetable. Use at your own risk. I will change this review upon Rightfit fixing our door. Otherwise I will be posting more reviews. Don't get me wrong, you make stunning doors. But your service and the quality of service is unnacceptable. You can also refer to Hello-Petter reviews if you do not believe me. This is not about money, but about principle and common courtesy.

This company has all the markings of a scam. Telephones are never answered. E-mails answered with empty promises. The advertised 10 day turnaround has turned into 1 month and 10 days now with no aparent way to progress the matter short of laying charges. No feedback, no apologies. Deal with them at your own peril.

Really pathethic service
Please think twice about using the Pretoria East Service. It's 8 days since i made payment and getting any decent response from them regarding installation is a challenge. Apparently for this time they are still trying to establish whether they have stock. And they never have the decency to even come back to the client on whether they now have an answer or not. They don't answer their phones and you are left wondering whether your money has just disappeared - i was now told that i can expect delivery next week and i really doubt based on all reviews on this site as well as their facebook site on whether this is possible and whether one is not setting up for a quality issue.

Company Name: Rightfit (012) ********** (082) ********** Quotation QUA06089 Garage Door Sales man: Mikhael Eksteen Email: ********** We purchased a garage door and made full payments on the 05 May 2018. We waited for the delivery since then,untill today we have not reived it.We tried to communicate with them by calling and emails, they don’t pick up phones and they don't respond to our emails.If it happens that we speak to someone all they do it’s lies lies,and not deliver their promises They give empty premises. We requested for the owner’s number till today we still waiting for the garage door.Please kindly assist. Thank you.
