Unpaid pension monies _almost a year after death
Its been almost a year since mom passed away but we havnt received a cent from her pension payout. I'm soo tired of sending emails doing follow up on the claims. I honestly didnt expect this from them as they are a company that supports the under privileged. U wow

Bad customer service
I write this in great disappointment of the staff and the "Manager" in Alexandra Plaza Right ePharmacy PDU phamarcy. They have no regard whatsoever of their risk they put the patients who withdraw their chronic medication in their PDU. So,in these tough times of Covid 19 where one is reluctant to even leave their house in order to keep themselves safe from the virus, now they have to be turned back in the day they actually find strength to leave the house and go get medication. In my story I will not use the bearevment I was dealing with, hence I missed the day of getting medication,as I have dealt with the loss of my cousin and passed that. Yesterday so I go to the Eyethu pharmacy find the place empty with no patients ,3 or 4 gentleman sitting behind the glass with their hands in their pockets, seemed like they were cold or just enjoying their chit chat and wanting no disturbance. I greet them and give one of them my card, the usual procedure, one takes it and clicks his computer looking as if he is willing to assist. Then the tall guy with big eyes(just for clarity) comes and say no you can't help her,I ask why,they say I missed my date,I explain why,they say the PDu machine returned my medication back to the Masakhe clinic,I was wondering where that is, because I am no Masakhe clinic patient, but anyway ,in my mind am asking myself where the convenience is if the machine can say,ok this one missed their date let's return medication to clinic?. Maybe the PDU developers can explain as I am willing to make this concern of mine trend till it gets to the right people,in case some policy or reviewing of functionality of the PDU needs to be revisited. It's like opening a 32days notice at a bank,if after 32 days you do not go withdraw your money,the bank returns it to some safe deposit box where it won't be accessible til you speak with CEO of the bank,extreme yes,but that is how I felt. Another view I had of the big eyes guy was that,he stopped the guy from helping me because I came with my boyfriend considering the fact that we previously asked for my numbers,I was looking forward to friendship,not sure maybe he wanted more, because his facial expression seems to be very irrate and angry, this view may be wrong but it did cross my mind. But if that is the case, he should really learn how to be professional and not let his emotions get ahead of him and doing his work right, and not gamble with my life. I do not want a response,even get anyone in trouble,but if someone applies for a job and then once they sign the contract that spirit of serving the community fades,then those people do not deserve to be there,or even the branch needs a feminine touch to be a bit diverse,hence those men seemed not to care, all of them,even the ones who kept quiet, because keeping quiet and not saying anything also makes you part of the problem.
