Righthaus righthouse

Not paying over rent to Landlord after tenants paid. Today is day 6 of April. I am yet to receive rent from the Righthaus. Pls stay away from these guy and save yourselves unnecessary heartache. I am considering legal action against them to recoup my 29k monthly rent and terminate contract with them.
