Since I ordered Seven ladies training suite two zippers from ringabel and paid them on 29april then they send me an e-mail that tells me they received my order, after a week they send me another email that's tells me my order waiting for a courier but till now my order still waiting for a courier.

Online purchase unfulfilled and not fully refunded
Please note that paid for purchases are not fulfilled. I purchased a pair of shoes for Eid-ul Fitr and completed payment on 27 March 2023. I followed up and Patrick told me it will be delivered. The deadline for when I needed the shoes has passed I have not received a full refund or shoes. The rating should be Zero. To date the numbers 0101095523 no longer works last called 19/05/2023. I am a very out of pocket disappointed online shopper.

Only giving one star because there is no zero. Don't buy from them. It's a ****. Debit your card and not deliver. Ask for your bank details and not refund you. Then all their email addresses don't work. Run

Zero sense of customer experience! An excuse of online store
***!!!! A shame of an online store that will make you run around for something that you paid for. I bought a book for my birthday early March, to date i haven't received my book instead they keep sending updates that it is out for delivery. Spoke with a Happy in their offices who promised that i will sure get my book the folllowng friday and that was April 4th. Hay maan what the hell, close shop if it cannot run!. i want my money

They don't deliver
Unreliable i ordered 2 outfits but i received only one and i tried to call them the lady promised to sort it out my problem i tried to do follow-up they dont pick the phone..Ringabelcart its a **** many people are complaining

Don't buy from this store.
Very bad experience never got ****med before online this was my first experience ppl please be careful no delivery for this **** of a store.im in process of speaking to legal team and ombudsman.

I placed an order on the 25th of March never received the dress i then wrote an email in April asking for a refund they never rep**** and their phone doesn’t go through.
