MR Regardt Kotze owner of RK building and renovation was contracted to do an addition to our house in Centurion <br> -foundation was cast 230 mm to short <br> -foundation concrete had plastic expansion fractures through out that MR Regardt didn't care to fix or address<br> -miss read the plans and didn't fit the windows as stated on it 1 was completely missing<br> -the drain, inspection hole and gullies was not installed according to regulations and needed to be re done completely<br> -no mixing bins for concrete used, mixed directly on paving!<br> -window sills was plastered in at different angles<br> -the corrugated roof sheets was installed skew, no water proofing was added and the washers was missing on the roofing screws<br> -the roof beams was not tied to the outer walls as per regulation and the roof lifted in a gust of wind and had to be re installed<br> -screte level was to high <br> -door frames skew <br> -new bath and basin scratched as it was used as storage bin for tools <br> -water pipes installed to deep into wall <br> -plaster work was not flat or square<br> -insulation that was suppose to be on ceiling was found \hidden"on top of another roof!<br> etc etc etc<br> Every aspect of the work was done unacceptably poorly."""
