Bad experience

One star is one to many, they left us stranded at Durban Airport for 8hours after arrangements were made to come to Durban to view a vehicle on my cost. Kept saying that the driver is on his way. Eventualy returned to Jhb with a loss of R5000 for air fares and they can not give me an reasonable explanation as to why they did this, is this a scam or what. Be very careful before doing any business with these guy's.
