RL Daly Attorneys is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. They don’t communicate, they miss deadlines, and they clearly don’t care about their clients. My time was completely wasted and my matter was handled with zero urgency or respect. I would never recommend RL Daly Attorneys to anyone.

RL Daly Attorneys is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. They don’t communicate, they miss deadlines, and they clearly don’t care about their clients. I wish I would not even rate you a 1, your service has been terrible from day one, forcing me into accepting a debit order, FNB has other external debt collectors and they gladly accept EFT payments of which you said they don’t, you debited my account on the 16th of Jan without my permission, you said you’ll process a refund and this never happened, today on the 26th of Jan you debit my account, I did not give you permission to debit my account, I call and you don’t even recognise my problem as urgent, still waiting for your consultant to call me since 15:25pm. Please urgently refund me and stop the debit order, I will going forward do manual payments.

I'm really disappointed, I received summons on Friday after I notified you I'm unemployed an gave the proof. The other things I have given my new contacts my email sevrals times an no one has called me on that number as I specified the old one is not working. My new contact 0684527787 and email boikhutsomokwena@gmail.com. I'm really disappointed at the level of service especially if I reported I have no income now. What's must I do if I have no income at all an never said refused to pay but due to circumstances which I reported

I contacted Daly today to follow up on my paid-up letter, which was settled and paid in full exactly 7 weeks ago. What I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. The call centre agent, Nathaniel Govender, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. While I was explaining my query, he interrupted me without apologising, demanded my ID number, and then rudely asked me to repeat my story. He placed me on hold and returned only to say “goodbye” without providing any explanation as to why my paid-up letter has still not been issued after seven weeks. When I stopped him and asked to speak to his manager, Nadine, I was told she was in a meeting, after which the call was abruptly disconnected. This behaviour is demeaning and completely unacceptable. Call centre agents are meant to assist customers with professionalism and empathy, especially when following up on long-overdue documentation. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left without any resolution. I am extremely disgusted by this experience and expect Daly to urgently explain the delay in issuing my paid-up letter and to address the conduct of this agent.

I am making payments and yet they still continue to harass me with calls and SMS of sending sheriffs' .Is there no management?because the agents don't read what was captured on previous calls that were made. What's crazy is that FNB is acknowledging my payments and they are doing their own thing.Enough is enough. The agreement is with FNB and not Daly Credit!Do your job right.
