Road Lodge nightmare at Cape Town Airport

Stayed for one night at Cape Town Airport Road Lodge, and had a horrible experience . I could not sleep due to the constant droning noise from the adjacent room air-conditioners - above, below, and next to my room. I had switched my AC off for the night and closed my window, but the constant noise from the AC units kept me awake.

On top of that, every now and then when someone flushes a toilet on the floor above, I could hear that water rushing down the sewer downpipes.

This hotel is very poorly designed, with no guest comfort in mind.

I would never stay there again, and would not advise anybody wishing to have a decent night's rest to use the facility.
