Re:Insurance claim not paid

I having an insurance with them, which I opened in round about 2011,and was for pothole Tyre damage. When I called to claim after I had an pothole accident on 30/01/2022, they verbalize that's a road over, and not covering pothole damages. I had to pay second hand tyres myself
