DON'T FALL PREY TO THIS SCAMMER
DO NOT FALL PREY TO THIS SCAMMER!!! I ordered products from Roanza worth R78,900 in December 2020 and paid a deposit. I further payed an additional amount when he moved warehouses. I went to the warehouse and saw his products and they were good quality. After an uphill battle he delivered part of my order and said the remainder will follow. I am still waiting for the rest of my order and he is giving me the run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROANZA AT ALL, THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND IF THEY DO DELIVER THE PRODUCT QUALITY IS POOR

Terrible service
Roanza Furnitures are a scam. They never pick up their calls or messages. They block customers from their WhatsApp and Instagram page. I have wasted over R12000 on them buying couches and they delivered the wrong stuff and don’t want to take it back now I am stuck with these poor quality couches that I can’t even sell. They are the pits but I will keep fighting for my money!!!

Terrible service
Roanza Furnitures are a scam. They never pick up their calls or messages. They block customers from their WhatsApp and Instagram page. I have wasted over R12000 on them buying couches and they delivered the wrong stuff and don’t want to take it back now I am stuck with these poor quality couches that I can’t even sell. They are the pits but I will keep fighting for my money!!!

Quality is great. I gave them a second chance
First time service experience was bad but delivered after 2 months....due to the amazing quality I went back for a headboard and I can say I received my order on time and very pleased.

Fraudulent Roanza Furniture Distributors
I paid R3000 deposit to this company on the 02 March 2021 and to date I have not recieved my order. They have been ignoring all mails and WhatsApp messages. Their phone line is permanently off. Do not make the same mistake and be robbed like some of us here. Stay away.

Roanza Scammers Poor service... Don't use them
Roanza are scammers, I have ordered a full bed set headboard and base box... They delivered the headboard after numerous calls over 5months,however the quality is shocking. I have tried to get hold of them to fix the defects and to deliver the Base box. It's more than 2months since they delivered the headboard. No feedback, they don't answer any WhatsApp calls or messages. When you call the number it goes to voicemail. Their website is down, however they are still trading via Instagram but configured their page in such a way that you can't post on their page but only DM, by doing this other people can't see how poor their service is and they also fall into the trap of poor service or no delivery once they have your money. Based on the complains on this site its shocking that they still operate. This is fraud and against the consumer act. Their account should frozen and not allowed to trade. The public must be made aware of their operation.
