Absolute POOR SERVICE

<p>about 3 weeks ago, i sent in my Order for refective jackets and printing. I requested a proof br sent for aproval so that i could ensure the artwork was correct. to date i still await the artwork proof, and have called in many times to try resolve the order, but get asked for my number and they will call me back. which happened once and so far i still have no idea as to the progress, firstly they never received the logos i sent. which i sent AGAIN!!! secondly, they appartly sent me the artwork to approve, NOTHING HAS BEEN RECEIVED on my side. called to advise, was told yet again "may i have your number, ill call you back shortly" - this was roughly 4 hours ago!!! if the one isnt blaming the other - hear say this and that. i could care less about who did what and who said they sent this to me. if i dont have it then it wasnt done. and if it was i havent responded within due time... why not contact me ??? these guys have absolutely poor service!! </p>
