They will promise you 10-year warranties on their lovely looking waterporoofing product, will insist it will withstand the South African sunshine and stretch accordingly, but beware! The product won't withstand the sun and stretch requirements and you will end up with cracks in the product. They will look for excuses why it isn't their product fault, and even after getting an engineering report done at your own cost they will still not accept any responsibility! Leaving you to bear the full cost of re-waterproofing with an alternative product from an alternative provider.
