Well, my account got logged out of all devices, now I can not log in again. The 2 Step verification is not coming through. I tried their support. The site says invalid age, I can not log in due to 2SV... I tried their Email. The Lia bot told me that It is the wrong category and closed my support ticket. That reply took 4 days to come through. Now I can not get back my ID-Verified account where I have indeed made purchases...

Spent countless money and they logged my son's account out..i couldn't sign in. All I got was a bot with no understanding of the issue. It's a big business that can't even provide customer support from a human.never another cent from me.

Was approached on Jobvine, somehow their email address is visible to contact them, then was given a job but on the day I had to meet the team I was pressurised to purchase a apple store card which I had doubts about & the friendly guy at the store made me aware it could be a **** so I did not purchase it & the "HR manager" kept asking me to buy it as I need it before the meeting so I saw that the pressure was weird & phoned the "location" stated on the emails but that company knows nothing of the meeting I was supposed to go into & when I tell this "HR Manager" they made some lame excuse that I failed to listen to instructions & was very rude to me. Do not believe anything as their emails & all coversations look legit although this guy uses the work "skeptical" way too many times while trying to convince you, the whole Roblox domain & logo on the emails. Big ****.

Work **** finding their victims at recruitment sites. They found me on Jobvine me, interviewed me, then I received an email that the job was mine. Following that I got an email that I need to be at the US Embassy in Johannesburg to sign my work contract the next day. On the day meeting the person I got notified that I must purchase a Apple gift card to access the new apple product, IPhone Pro when signing my contract. Then they start bugging me for the apple cards unique code whilst the person I was suppose to meet start making excuses of why he will be late for our meeting. I started to smell a rat and never disclosed the unique code to them. Resulting in me sitting for 2 hours in Johannesburg and still don't have job with them. Beware of these ****mers

I bought 2 Roblox vouchers at Ackermans Cresta. The vouchers worked but I was only given 1virtual voucher which doesn't work because there is no voucher to redeem the free virtual item. I should actually receive 2 virtual items for 2 different children. I submitted a complaint to Ackermans customer services and was redirected to Tenacity. Complained to Tenacity too and was redirected to Ackermans again. No resolution to date and kept getting "CUSTOMER CARE CASE – CSA00127I – IS Resolved" Absolutely appalled by this!

Be on top of things from day 1. I recently noticed that my son's subscription is being debited from my account twice every month, two days apart and they don't bother assisting you with refunding the extra payments dated back 7 months. I'm furious with myself for not noticing this from the beginning. Don't get subscriptions for Roblox!

During the early morning hours of 30 December 2024, my child's Roblox account was hacked. The hacker made unauthorized purchases using my child's account - three transactions to be exact. 1. My child had two way authentication so how was her account accessed. 2. Who gave anyone but myself authorization to make purchases using my bank details which was saved on my child's profile. Clearly it is not safe to have your details saved on the application - I have immediately removed the same. I WANT MY MONEY BACK URGENTLY - this was not small change that was taken from my account. I have contacted you yesterday morning, earlier today and I left a voicemail to your offices for a call back but nothing!!!!! Someone needs to get in touch with me urgently.
