Very good service from Ashley. Took the time to explain options to me and recommended a device that would suite my needs better than the item I originally ordered. Have yet to install the items, but service and delivery have been excellent

Hi Peter, Please help me, I have ordered a Laptop from RoboFactory, for a Laptop and I PAYED R3500 THIS WAS ON THE 29TH NOVEMBER 2023, ITS BEEN 4 MONTH NOW I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY LAPTOP, THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND. MY ORDER#10320 PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY OR DELIVERY OF THE LAPTOP.
