SHS Shelly Beach Roboguard unsatisfied poor product and customer service

i bought the Roboguard set complete with x4 beams with HQ and alarm system. I then got a as approved installer to install the beams. The installer struggled for x3 weeks to try and set the beams up. Either the beams will go off for the slightest wind and when the installer tried to adjust them, it will not go off at all. He removed the beams and took it back to SHS Shelly Beach. The beams were send for repairs but come back that there were nothing wrong with it. I then asked another approved installer to install the beams. Again the same issues. The slightest wind will trigger it and when they try to adjust it, the beams will only activate to movement up to 5 meters, The supplier confirmed it is 20 meters and refuse to give our money back for this.
