The wrong item was delivered after specifically requesting another version. After many attempts I was also not able to get a correct tax invoice

Would like to thank Morne from Robot Industrial. He resolved the issue immediately and had the correct collet delivered to me as well as correct the paperwork. For this I give them 5 stars!!!!

Hi Carel, I'm glad we fixed the problem. I do however wish you would have afforded us the opportunity to resolve the problem before posting it on Hello Peter. as I would think this platform is the last resort when a company is not helping you at all. We take pride in our service, however there are times when a salesman can miss a beat or as in this case a supplier delivered the wrong collet. for this reason, I have management in place to react quickly. I would like it to be known, we never reacted because of your post, but rather as it is our normal policy to make sure a client gets sorted out quickly and efficiently. A request for you Carel, sometimes orders don't go smoothly, let management know & I'm sure you will get a very positive response. We hope we will see you again.
