I paid for a order made, but haven't received a email confirmation page. I sent 4 emails to them , asking for it, but no reply. I have now paid for something , I don't even now if i will receive merchandise. There is no contact number to call, you can only send email on their website. I will think twice before buying from them again.

Worst customer service ever. They kept setting wrong expectations about when to expect delivery of my order, their website says "delivery in 7 to 10 working days", but by day 8, I didn't even receive a tracking number. The representative was rude and dismissive, and just expects me to wait for an undefined period of time while the Takealot warehouse this company uses sorts out its "delays due to load-shedding". Which is laughable in itself. Then she tells me the delivery time is 7 to 14 working days, when there is no such indication ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE. No ETA, no apologies, just incredibly poor customer service in general. Don't order from these people, they have no understanding of customer service, nor of logistics. The previous time I ordered from them, my order was stuck at customs for about 2 months, and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Great company, great service! From beginning to end, with minor shipping issues, I received nothing but excellent service. The quality of my shirts is great and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to future orders! Thank you, RockTs! -AMG

On the 12th of Nov we emailed Rock T’s to place an order for T-shirt’s, we emailed to make sure we will receive the shirts in time for a show we are attending. We received a reply saying we need to order online and that we will receive the shirts the following week. So we placed the orders made payment and sent the proof of payment on the 13th of Nov. After not receiving the shirts the following week as promised we followed up on the 21st of Nov, tried emailing and phoning but got no reply or answer. Eventually we got a reply when we emailed from another email address but the reply from Cheryl was rude and extremely unprofessional. Even though they didn’t keep their promise, we were never rude but when we asked about delivery Cheryl immediately started making excuses and telling us that she told us that we should have rather ordered from Takealot (which she never did) then later telling me it’s more expensive there. To be honest I would much rather pay double on takealot and not get such a terrible attitude and receive my goods on time and get replies when asked for an update. I would completely understand her attitude if we were rude but just asking for an update on an order that is late is definitely not rude. We eventually received the shirts today, a week later than promised.

Absolutely rubbish service. Stay far far away from these incompetent people. Should have done my homework before attempting to purchase something from them. Everything is a hassle to them and instead of giving people a regular answer they respond to you with sarcasm. One must also always hear how they are actually too busy to help you.

I believe I have been scammed by an online store Rock T's http://www.rockts.net | I ordered a t-shirt from them two months ago and have still not received it; they kept making excuses and now they have simply stopped responding completely. They claimed they were associated with Universal Music but upon further investigation, I discovered they are not. When I checked the reviews on their website I also noted they were ALL positive (very fishy) and all comments only had the first name of the person so I couldn't establish if these were real reviews or not (I am pretty sure they are not). I also endured abusive emails from their staff member Cheryl after I inquired about my late order a few weeks ago. Everything about my experience has been negative, I would rate them a negative five stars if I could. Do not make the same mistake. I lost money and I received no t-shirt.
