Scammed by contractor

I had a bad experience with this company. The gave us a quote stating that the epoxy floors are guaranteed for 5 years, but after 3 months the floors started peeling. I contacted a guy called Sean and he asked me to send him photos, after he received the photos, he did not respond to me asking him when he will fixed it, instead he blocked my number. I want my money back..of HD must come and redo the floor.
