Rockstar doesn't care if you lose money

I had alot of problems with their online play telling me that my transactions have failed when earning money, I contacted their support line for this issue as well as a issue with one of their heists where none of the guards were patrolling. They helped me solve the transaction issue however they told me they cannot fefund me the 3.5 million in game currency that I had lost. This was after they asked me to provide screenshots with dates and times of when the issues occurred. This lost in game cash is almost $35 dollars and alot of hours lost because they simply stated they cannot help me. I had all the proof they requested however they did not want to assist me.
