Rodeco Finance - suspected ****mers

I think its a ****. I app**** for a loan of R50 000, it was approved by Rodeco Finance but something strange happened. They sent me a letter they claim its an Approval Letter but the letter requested me to pay R2999.00 insurance before i can be given a loan. That smelt funny to me because i cannot be asking for a loan if i have money to pay them before they give me a loan. And when i asked they must deduct that money from the loan they will give me, they immediately rep****: we dont take money from the loan you must pay first !!!
