Very bad service and owner Mohammed extremely rude.

Read the consumer protection act, know your rights, Should have never bought a engine here, the owner is absolutely disgustingly rude and very unprofessional, has no respect for other people, this is not the first time I had a run in with him, went to view a engine here thinking things have changed as it's been about 5 years since I went there, firstly I went to view a motor and it was complete, we were treated great as they haven't gotten my money yet, once I paid and my driver collected the issues started, when the motor got to us the aircon pump was ****** off, when we enquired about this Mohammed who thinks he's such a big shot starts swearing and shouting at me, tells me they don't sell motors with aircon pumps, been buying motors for years and as you see it you buy it, after all the shouting he then puts phone down in my ear, I then check the motor properly and guess what, its wrong, they sold me a engine for another car, within in 2 hours we take it back, he tries to argue it off that it is correct and then tries to blame us for existing damage, obviously making any excuse not to want to give me my money back even threatening me and getting aggressive, I stay calm and be respectful but the big man didn't like it, told me not to call him Uncle after I was trying to be respectful as it's the month of Ramadan but he deserves none of that respect either way, then after us proving the motor is wrong with our parts they decide ok they going to overload the motor to inspect it, anyway now we in the office waiting for a refund we the motor is the way they gave it to us untouched, they insist on a 20% handling fee which is ridiculous, they loaded the engine in our van, we drove it to our shop and shame we even washed it for them then drove it back and still he wants R5600 handling fee, so greedy? I then say no, give us a full refund as motor was supp**** incorrectly and here he comes getting all rude again threatening me but was actually hiding in office as soon refund was required, I told him just give me my motor back that I paid for and he refuses as the money wasn't in he's account yet but it was Fnb to Fnb,Mmmm, anyway, he now has my money and my engine, refuses to give me either and proceeds to tell me he will forcefully remove me from he's property if I don't leave as he needs to think about this, I decide to leave as things were about to get ugly, I had to speak to a respected member of the racing community which would have been a big loss in business for him if he didn't resolve this and only then did he agree to sorting it out as apparently he is not the type of person to take people's money, the same greedy fella who wanted my R5600 for handling fee, following day I drive back again as refund cannot be done without original invoice apparently so no problem I use my fuel again, I get messed around all day and only after being called again by my friend then only is the refund done at almost 4 in the afternoon. Stay away, 20% is ridiculous, nobody is allowed to charge handling fee if item has been returned with in 10 days and in original condition. Had I not been someone who knows someone I would have gotten ********** like many others in the other reviews, be careful of this place, bunch of rude **** artists who think they can bully everyone with a piece of paper, will never recommend anyone to go there.
