RCH legal gives poor service

Hi I'm Grant Pietersen and on the 29th December 2015 I made a payment into RCH Legal's Fnb business account no.62474621177 of R1950,00 with the request for their services to help me get my credit record cleared. It's been almost four months and I haven't received a single piece of correspondence from them. I am very disappointed and let down because I thought they would be able to help me rectify my credit situation but it seems like I was wrong . I would just like to ask Hello Peter to please advise/ assist me in the way forward in order to rectify my problem . If they unable to assist me I think I'm entitled to a refund from them and then pursue some other alternative avenue to seek a resolution . Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
