Ronmark
Ronmark metering is one of the worst services, missed meetings because they didn't load electricity the whole day. We've been calling the metering to no avail even the offices cannot help. Sent proof of payment and all, still nothing.

Unprofessional behavior from Paula together with their team. U are far from being the best.
Very unprofessional serviced, I received from Ronmark, tenant were coming to view the apartment after 7pm what kind of professionalism is this, I know how rude Paula is when talking to tenant but that doesn't make them allow tenant to view the apartment at anytime. Please pay back my deposit. I don't owe you I gave moved out of your building with bad experience. Please pay me back my money

Mikado Flats, Rietfontein
The landlord at Mikado north and south is a racist old lady who has told me that I must go back to Alexandra or wherever the blacks are from. She has called me a monkey and called my girlfriend a **********. When reporting the matter to their head office the take her story and they want me to apologies to the lady.. Ronmark racists

West Park Flats
<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a tenat at one of Ronmark's flats at west park, my flat is call Haakdoring. Since the new metering sytems have been put in place my bill has gone from 400 a month to R2200 a month. This is not only happening to my flat but other tenants on the row of flats managed by RonMark at west park. We have tried to rise our grievance with the managed but they tell us if we don't like it we must leave. We don't even have a meter in the flat, we just get an sms saying you power is now low and then the power goes off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel we are being exploted and I will be leave the flats soon and advice that anyone looking to rent there ask about the electricity billing.</p>

security her name annah shes pathetic
i went to Ronmark offices on the 9th of march 15 due their flat which is vacant on the 1st of may,when i got there i fond the security lady named by annah she wasn,t helpful nd also was very rude to me i would like to know what must i do because she even wanted to course a fight when ever i wanted to view the place for the second time, even her colleagues told us that thats how she threats their tenants i would like to know what must i do
