Chicken that is off and it is not the first time at roodeplaat spar

I am so dissatisfied by roodeplaat spar . Every time i go buy their chicken esperada the meat is off and it smells horrible . I live a far away and it is the only spar near me . It have happened before but nothing has been done . Ive send them an email but no response.
