NO AFTERSALES SERVICE ON THEIR WARRANTY
The one star rating I gave is a overstatement, should gave a zero, as that is the response I get from them on warranty repairs, ZERO. I had my roof done by them in February 2020, in February 2022 it shown signs of leaks 28 Feb 2022 I phoned the office, number does not exist. I have send a mail, no response. 04 March 2022 I phoned Kevin, did not answer 08 March 2022 I phoned Louden, he took my call and promised me that someone will visit my premises on 10 March 2022, nobody went 10 March 2022 I phoned Louden, he said it was discussed on the meeting the morning but he will send Cornell to my premises, I am still waiting 11 March 2022 I phoned Louden x3, he did not answer 14 March 2022 I phoned Louden, still no answer I have send Whatsapp messages to Kevin and Louden, they didn't even bother to read it Now, if this is the professional service that they claim on their website I don't want to know what will they claim to be no aftersales service It is one thing to paint the roof, take your money and promise a 10 year warranty but it is something else to deliver on your promise. My advise to would be customers is, if you want your roof to be fixed, think twice on your choice of service provider

23 Sept 2022, 11:37- Eventually, on 26 July 2022, after complaining since 27 Feb 2022, the have "fixed" the roof and repair the damages
- Now my insurer wants proof that the work was done
- I have send them mails, try to phone Kevin and Louden but they don't answer the calls
- I have send WhatsApp's, neither Keven, nor Louden even bothers to read the messages
- Phoned their office, number does not exist
- I drove to the addresses as per their website, no company by the name of Roof Proof Restoration at that location.
- If you ask for a quotation they are quick to reply to your mails, any other mails they don't even bother to send you a acknowledgement of receipt reply.
- The problem is also that there is no way that you can track them
- Fly by night now for 11 years
- As per their website " ROOF PROOF consists of a team of more than 25 professionally trained employees, 5 site managers and a partnership where both of the directors give expert attention where needed." WHAT A LIE
