ROOFERS101 A.K.A ROOFTHAT
Roofers101 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... They had to design my trusses and supply my roofsheets.. Payed in full in July 2022 only received trusses in November 2022..Then one section of roof was wrong... They only came to take the trusses off in February 2023..Then had to call after them for roof sheets until April.. Only received roof sheets beginning of May2023... I was promise ZINCALOAD SHEET GOT IBR Sheeting... Roof material short supp**** had to phone after company for 2months for cap sheeting of roof only received end of June2023... Now fighting since April 2023 for money where I had to buy material that was not supp****.Purlines that I had to go buy so that my roof could come on and my house don't rain wet because the extention is a meter on top of the original house.. .. Now being blue ticked by father (Johan) and son (Chad) since April 2023... The customer service of the company is EXTREMELY BAD AND PROFESSIONALISM IS OUT OF THE DOOR... THEY ARE LIERS AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL BY BLUE TICKING THEIR CUSTOMERS... I WILL NOT REFER ANY PERSON TO THIS COMPANY.. BE AWARE AND DON'T FALL INTO THEIR PROFESSIONAL COVER AND CHARACTERISTICS THAT THEIR AGENTS PORTRAY... THEY ARE BAD TO THE BONE FROM THE BOSS TO THE SON RIGHT DOWN TO THE AGENTS OF THE COMPANY. TAKE NOTE
