Surpassed Expectations

Every time I have had anything to do with Miele, it has been an utter pleasure. They have surpassed my expectations and do the brand proud. From their parts service (my vacuum cleaner which is still going strong 12 years later!) to the recent event I was fortunate enough to attend in Cape Town. The care and professionalism I encountered was second to none. The staff embodied the brand ethos, and after the most incredible cooking demonstration and meal, I left knowing that anyone fortunate enough to own a Miele appliance, would be in very safe hands indeed - above and far beyond the sale of a product (no matter how stunning the product is!).
