I went to buy at square i paid with my phone tapping and their machine disconnected after my phone was done with transaction,showing that transaction is successful....I gave them 24 hours as they said,even they told me to bring statement I did so,but sti
Paid for nothing,while told there is nothing they can do while I have my statement proving paying

A BUNCH OF UNPROFFETIONAL PEOPLE!!!!!!!
The level of unprofesionalism at the Diepkloof branch, the disrespect from staff making run up and down just the get the size of the meat reduced and i was treated like a fool, I spend a lot of money there monthly and im treated like trash.

The level of unprofesionalism at the Diepkloof branch, the disrespect from staff making run up and down just the get the size of the meat reduced and i was treated like a fool, I spend a lot of money there monthly and im treated like trash.

Cashier stinking attitude.
The shop is clean ,their meat is always fresh .I've never been disappointed when I go there cause of the quality meat they serve.The only problem is the staff attitude ,there's one in particular who was very rude and didn't pay any attention to me as a customer. She was even bored when serving me.Her name is Nthabiseng(112).Went there and spent my money cause ww wanted something for braai today ,but it was spoiled by this rotten people who's gonna spoil the whole bag.im never setting my foot there anymore..I'll rather go were my money is appreciated..

Cashier stinking attitude.

Warning: Check the meat quality at Roots butchery Diepkloof
I bought wors last week, if not mistaken on the 8th. today i cooked the wors for supper to kill my son....My son almost choked from a metal piece of object found inside the wors, i want everyone to see the hard sharp metal object . i actually want to go open a case and if possible quality check needs to be conducted as well.

The Manager at the store is unprofessional in handling the customers complaints and is very root unable to negotiate , He is treating customers like his dogs. Unable to assist Unable to co-orperate with dealing with issues He is typical Zulu
