Very bad experience
My husband and his wife were divorced, but still had a 50/50 share in a property. He didn't even know he was divorced or had a copy of divorce letter. When she died, this company sweet talked my husband to sign authority to act to them so that the place can be sold. 50% were supposed to go into the estate account. And the end of the day, my husband didn't get his 50% as he apparently forfitted his share. He didn't even get the 50% of the bond payments that the estate was responsible for. Self in richmond, that's what I call it. After spending how many on attorneys, he ended up with nothing

Very bad experience

Face of a Lawfirm ??????
A notice reading \a locksmith will be used to enter the premises if you do not respond to this notice."was pinned to my gate by a sheriff of the court 13/07/2015 looking for Mr. Myburgh. I bought the property November 2014. I then contacted Rorich Wolmarans and Luderitz attorneys I spoke to Ms. A. Lewis. When conveying my concern that a professional law firm did not do their homework and put this notice on my gate where by they caused my new neighbors to think that I just moved in and already the sheriff is on my door step and that does not reflect well on my family her reply was simply that my neighbors must know what my name is so they would know it is not addressed to me and laughed me off like she was a superior being to myself and my family. I feel like this is borderline defamation of character as the notice is typed in larger bold letters and the note is hand written. <br> <br> Ms. Lewis was very unprofessional and is clearly under the impression that she is untouchable and unreplaceable at Rorich Wolmarans and Luderitz attorneys"
