Can somebody please litigate Rose Courtz Trading already. They are abusing a loophole in the POPI act. Other companies use their service to endlessly spam you with calls every day. If you phone Rose Courtz Trading to tell them to remove you from the system they have the cheek of throwing the POPI act at you, saying that they can't tell you which company is calling you because that would breach the POPI act. And they're exceptionally rude. I wouldn't be surprised if what they're doing is of a ******** nature and I think they need to be shut down.

The constant and endless calls are exhausting. I keep blocking new numbers. When you eventually answer the call to say no thank you and please remove my number, no one speaks on the other end and the call drops. Remove my number 🤬

Rose Courtz Trading CC trading Bitco. For a week these people have been calling me 3 - 5 times a day. I don't answer and block the number everytime. I don't know what to do anymore. They keep calling with a new number. I have no other choice than to go to the police if this continues.

This company has been calling my work number, which has never been registered for any services, including insurance, funeral policies, banking, or social media, and is only known to nine work colleagues. They call eight to ten times daily, usually with an automated message, but occasionally a human. Even after blocking the number, they persist, calling from a different number with the same prefix minutes later. I lose at least an hour of productivity daily due to these calls, which attempt to sell me unwanted policies or involve me in pointless questionnaires. How did they get my number, which isn't registered under my name, yet they address me personally? And why do they continue to call using different numbers even after I've declined? Despite conducting reverse number checks confirming it's the same company, I have never authorized the sharing of my business or private number for cold calls or sales pitches. Surely, there must be legislation that prohibits this type of harassment.
