I recently moved home and had a lot of extra furniture and goods collected over the years that could not fit in my new home. I found Rosettenville Pawn Shop online who buy furniture and appliances. Tania made the arrangement for the buyer Chad to come out and view my goods. Chad paid on the spot and took all my unwanted goods away on the same day. It was a perfect service !!

Terrible lack of service and very rude attitude
Pathetic attitude and disgusting service from Chad. They make promises to come out and don't bother to do so until you follow up a number of times. Then he asked personal questions that has nothing to do with him about my living situation, only to refuse to offer anything for a perfectly good piece of furniture after making me wait around while he asks for permission. When asked why did they waste my time, he rudely says I wasted his time. Joke is on them as I managed to sell the item for more than they initially considered.

Then when asked why did they waste my time, this young piece of trash says I wasted his time. Really, is that the best you could come up with "Chad"

Bad customer service towards black people.
I wouldnt wish this company against my enemy. Unethical working environment. Terrible managers that treat black customers like beggers. Rude cashiers and inexperienced general staff with poor customer service and communication s****s.
