Agents dont get back...
Agents dont get back to you waited 5 days for application form, then once everything was submitted had to wait another week for an answer eveytime i followed up my message were either ignored or just read with no reply, then the owner was not happy to give us an oppertunity not sure what the reason was as i just didnt get a report as to why and its been a hole month now with still no reason as to why we didnt get the place, very dissapointed in the services we received from Rosie viljoen estates.

Horrendous Customer Service
Regrettably my encounter with Rosie Viljoen Estates and/or their sales agent Lidia Pereira was one of the most racially derogatory experiences I have ever had to date. Truly unfortunate.
