Went to renew my driver's license and was told by the surcurity gaurds that there is no water
Went to renew my driver's license and was told by the surcurity gaurds that there is no water. What has no water got to do with renewing my driver's license? What happens when my license expires, am I going to be fined ? *********** fools that's what they are.

Went to renew my driver's license and was told by the surcurity gaurds that there is no water. What has no water got to do with renewing my driver's license? What happens when my license expires, am I going to be fined ? *********** fools that's what they are.

Frustrating service delivery
Frustrating, went to collect card license for my sister. Last month it was not clear about reason it was unavailable, this month Pretoria says the image on the system is not clear and has to be taken again. We did not take the image on the system, they did, and now she is out of the country for 5 years aand needs her card license but we were told she needs to come back to take a image they took in the first place. They obviously are not going to provide funds to bring her down, but she needs to somehow sell organs ow to fly back to correct a mistake she did not make...

Bribery and *******ion at Rossburgh testing Ground
My son had his driver's test done on the 23 May 2025, unfortunately the instructor failed him intentionally cos of their the collusion between the inspector and driving school owners is so deeply intrenched that if u do not pay the bribe of R2500 , u will not PASS. I tried many times to contact the chief on 031 4651684 , no success . The driving school guy was addement that without payment he will definitely not pass. I refuse to pay, cos i do not think as a parent i need set this as a precented for my son. honest hard work should be the correct way. Rossburgh testing ground should be investigated

Horrible service
I came for a learner's license booking and only to be told they cut off after a certain amount of people. At 9am they are already not taking anymore people for booking??? What a wast of people's time and money when this does not reflect on their google page.

The worst testing station in durban Rossburgh Testing grounds do not go there to renew your licence
I went to renew my PDP on the 15th April. I used over R200 to get there and go home. I waited in a queue for over an hour to be told that patstation 7 is not working I need to come back. I was given a number to call 0836614699 to call and check if the pay station 7 is working. When I called this morning the lady on the other end laughed and asked why did I leave I could make payment at another machine. The staff there gave me the run around and no one wanted to assist me u was sent from building to building. This is ridiculous and the laziness of the staff is ridiculous I want to be compensated my R200 used for transport. They get paid on the 15th and we're lazy to work.

Inability to renew drivers license
I was high jacked on 15 Oct and my drivers license was taken. I went to this testing ground to renew my license lon 18 Oct and they said I can only be assisted on 29 and 30 Oct. I should also arrive from 3am because it gets very full and only 40 people are seen. I asked what I should do in the interim since I am a driver and without a license and they said I can bribe a consultant who can do things for me on the same day. This is such bad corruption for a govt institution. I am trying to be a law abiding citizen but I am forced to, in a way, break the law. This is unacceptable and the dates advised do not make sense. Why are there no vacancies in this place if one cannot be assisted during the month and only 80 people can be seen on 1 weekend. This is utter bull! It is sad that the very country that stipulates laws does not make things simpler for its citizens.
