Skool fees
Carmen from the Attorneys call me in April 2024 and said that Die Anker school have handed me over for my son as he was their in 2015 I asked them on numerous times for the statement no statement just send me the banking details they have send a sheriff to my house why must I pay if I don't have any statement from them I can't pay for something and I don't know what I'm paying for or what the amount is

ESTESTATE OF LATE DP SEEMA
this year will mark 5 years since my father passed on and Guiliana Visagie of Rossows Attorneys is refusing to honor my father's wish on his Will , she refuses to distribute the inheritance as per the Will and want to amend it as she wishes , she always makes threats towards me and she abuse Authority because she's an attorney, I have appointed Hammond Pole Attorneys to communicate with her she now made threats that she will demand me to pay her R100 000 and attach my property , she's always Rude and arrogant because she's demanding the Bakkie my father left for me saying she needs to sell it because my father had no money in his name to pay herself and to transfer the property to the grandchildren, I've been to Masters and she's always lying , She failed to advice my father accordingly when my father made a Will with her , she took advantage at the time because my father was not in a good state of health and allowed him to make a Will which she's now not honoring. I cant get closure with my fathers passing because of her, she MUST FINALISE THIS MATTER Before the 13th FEBRUARY 2025 my father passed on 13nth February 2020

Never trust these attorneys!!!!!
Zandile Luwaca, has been back tracking every single time she has to issue me with a letter telling me that nedbank has not provided my letter aa they have backlogs. I was called incessantly by this woman and advised me it's easier to settle than making monthly payments to avoid interest accumulation. I managed to get the funds and pay every single time I call a different story is given about nedbanks details.

Die diens wat ek gekry het uiters swak geen trug voering nie hulle stuur ñ reking vir my geen bewys na 3 epose wat ek gevra het wat ek vra het uiters swak geen kominekeering nie tot die ceo kom nie trug nie stuur die reking na jou toe maar geen bewys wat hulle gedoen het Nie dan wille jou reking stuur en dagvaring uitruik swak diens

Refund and Account Closure letter
I made an extra payment for my Nedbank credit card that was collected through Rossouws collection and I requested my refund and paid up letter/account closure letter. I have not got any of the things I requested. They often ignore my emails and when I call I am sent from pillar to post. I need my refund and account closure letter!!!

Rossouws Attorneys and Nedbank taking attorneys of my account and not doing any work for it very month!!!!
Nobody from Rossouw's attorneys phoned but me every month I see on my Nedbank credit card that they are taking two payments for themselves for the SMS they are sending me. I tried to phone them on the phone number on the SMS and they phone number do not even ring. They are a fraud, why would a business use them if they don't even phone the person to say that you are outstanding on your account and please make a payment every month. We also are a attorneys firm and we phone the people. I am very upset about the monthly money that are going off my credit card at Nedbank and I will look into it to see wat I can do about it! I am also upset with Nedbank, they go a notice that I have put myself under debt Counselling because I want to pay my accounts and have to pay anything to anyone any more because every one is making money of people who are struggling financial. I am going to contact the Legal Practice Council to find out how I can lay a formal complaint against them, because it looks like they are afraid to phone me in person but they are taking my money for work that was not done and Nedbank do not care about it.
