Best rental agent for your properties.
Debbie has been looking after some of our properties for many years. We have NEVER had a tenant that does not pay rent. She is always there to assist when something needs to be fixed etc. We also rent office space from Debbie and she is always on top of the complex matters if the gate is not working etc. Excellent and highly recommend Rovalle Estates

Best rental agent for your properties.
Debbie has been looking after some of our properties for many years. We have NEVER had a tenant that does not pay rent. She is always there to assist when something needs to be fixed etc. We also rent office space from Debbie and she is always on top of the complex matters if the gate is not working etc. Excellent and highly recommend Rovalle Estates

Down to Earth Service
It's very seldom that you get to have a good experience with a letting agent, they are usually cold people that just want to get the job done. But, Debbie at Rovalle is a very down to earth, caring person and it shows in her service. From assisting me to get the apartment I wanted, to getting the apartment 100% ready for me, right down to her care when I was faced with financial issues when my mom passed; a smooth experience that left me with an easy transition to a more affordable place. I am grateful!

Down to Earth Service
It's very seldom that you get to have a good experience with a letting agent, they are usually cold people that just want to get the job done. But, Debbie at Rovalle is a very down to earth, caring person and it shows in her service. From assisting me to get the apartment I wanted, to getting the apartment 100% ready for me, right down to her care when I was faced with financial issues when my mom passed; a smooth experience that left me with an easy transition to a more affordable place. I am grateful!

Avoid Rovalle Estates at all costs.
Debbie Mott treats potential tenants in a rude and unprofessional manner and her interpersonal skills are lacking. She seems to forget that tenants are clients too (not just the landlord) and without tenants there is no income from rental properties. I think she has a bad attitude because it looks like here and her husband either own or are co-owners of Rovalle Estate.

Lots of honesty and integrity
Even though I am still on the fence with the apartment (For personal reasons) Debbie Mott a real-estate agent working for this agency was extremely helpful and professional. She was honest and upfront about everything. With this agency what you see is what you get. Nothing is hidden, lots of communication from the agent, and no wasting time. I highly recommend this agency when looking for your next home.

Debbie Mott from Rovalle is a scammer
Debbie Mott is narcissistic, Racist selfish person. I moved out of the property and could not leave work to hand over keys immediately as I moved out during the week and I arranged a time with her. She chose her own time. She found my daughter in the property taking the box i had left and she said she wont leave without another key handed over. She called security for my daughter who told her that she cant hold my daughter hostage. She does not take my calls because I want my deposit. She is a scammer, racist.

Rovalle Estates refusing to pay deposit
They no longer take my calls because they keep giving me excuses about my deposit. I gave in the key on the 26th, was told I would get my deposit by the 7nth and I'm still waiting. My calls go unanswered and I'm close to escalating the matter. theyre the ones that said I must move out month end but now I must be given a run around. if they were waiting for readings then why not have the money in hand and then just deduct when reading come (which they have by the way) and paying immediately? now I must beg for my own money?

Unreliable and dishonest communication from this business
Bad experience with getting my key deposit back. Was told three weeks ago the unit is in order and been inspected, was told the deposit is being released, after numerous communication to enquire why it hasn't been paid to me the last three weeks, I am being told now that there is an issue and the deposit is being withheld. I suggest using other agents.

Unreliable and dishonest communication from this business
Bad experience with getting my key deposit back. Was told three weeks ago the unit is in order and been inspected, was told the deposit is being released, after numerous communication to enquire why it hasn't been paid to me the last three weeks, I am being told now that there is an issue and the deposit is being withheld. I suggest using other agents.
