Exceptionally bad trip on Rovos rail

My wife and I travel from Cape town to Pretoria a supposedly 3 day trip and planned to visit Matjiefontien and the big hole in Kimberly. This did not happen. It was the worst trip we have ever taken, we did not reach Pretoria had to get off on Sasalberg. There was no platform had to jump over railway lines. Rovos rail has not clue how to treat customers. I will never, never travel with Rovos rail again. Mr Vos you did not deliver what we paid for ( very expensive) and I am believe you have no ethics.
