Stay Far Far Away
These are literally the worst insurance brokers you will ever come across. Especially Gugu and Liz. So ready to take your money, but do absolutely nothing to help your claim. After fighting with them for nearly a year, I eventually got assisted by going to the ombudsman. Take your money and run, or don't say I didn't warn you

Roxsure insurance Broker unfairness
Hello Peter, The worst insurance company ever! My car was damaged by hail last year and as a result Roxsure appointed L.S Autobody to repair my car. 9 Months later my car is still not fully repaired instead, it had further damegs each time it came back from this particular panel beater for the 6th times. Currently Roxsure ordered me to take my car back for the 7th time to this incompetence panel beater. They failed to even fit a windscreen. Water seeps through whenever my car is being washed. This could result in electronic water damage as the car has a panoramic sunroof. We are talking about a 2023 VW Tiguan. I insisted that my car to be taken to VW for inspections after 2 repairs and both inspection failed due to further damages and *********** and poor workmanship. They even burnt my car seat. I had to take the car for valet due to how dirty it was. The value of my car has diminished significantly and there is a report from VW Midrand to support this statement.Mind you the roof is cream in colour. Roxsure has failed to take responsibility of admitting that they appointed an *********** panel beater. I have pleaded with them to allow me to choose a panel beater of my choice and it fell on deaf ears as they are protecting themselves at my cost. As a consumer, it is my right to be treated fairly and a valued customer. A frustrated customer, please help!

The Best service in town
I took car insurance with Roxsure in September because they were very affordable with reasonable excess fee and a full comprehensive cover I couldn’t say no to. In 2 months of having the cover my car got damaged and I needed to put in a claim. I did so and I was assisted by Themba, the service was very exceptional and professional. My car was taken to Rudia autobody in a week and came back after 3 weeks looking brand new. Im very impressed and happy with the service I got from Roxsure and Rudia.

Excellent service
I recently registered a claim for an accident. A guy by the name of Themba assisted me. The entire process was smooth, he was professional, kept me posted about all the process and continue to update me on the progress of the car while it is being fixed. Excellent service.

Don't build your house on this SANDY ROX!!!
WOW!!! Fiancé had an accident a few 100m from home. Driving at about 10km/h home. Called Roxsure, towed the car in the next day. Now a week later no response on what is happening with the car. Mailed them today, and they said the person dealing with our claim is on leave this week, So we'll hear from him on Monday.... Not even talking about how we struggled to get a rental car for the weekend, fiancé had to pay for one by herself. I am at a loss for words. UNPROFESSIONAL, PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS, DISRESPECTFUL, SELFISH. Guess I had some words left.

Brokers that don’t do **** for you. ****ing Crooks
Steal Your Money Monthly And don’t help when you need them. I had a house robbery and it’s taken them 2 months to tell me I didn’t get the claim. What a joke. This is why I pay them because we live in a country where things like this happen. I hope they all rot in hell.
