Panelbeating work not complete - Breach of Contrac

I took my car in for a full respray last year in April. Rudy the owner , Elvis the manager and Fernando the sales rep assisted me and gave me a verbal quote.<br> The started with the car , stripped it down , and then lost the parts of the left half of the car. They sprayed the car and called me as the parts were missing. I went to the panelshop monthly to get the status of my vehicle and was always told that the parts are hard to get a hold as it is a collectors item vehicle. Thsi carried on until 2 weeks ago which came to almost 7 months from the time I dropped of the vehicle. They now wanted me to pay 3/4 of the amount quoted and tow my car away as is half done or else I should pay storage fees for 7 months amounting to over R100 000 or they would salvage my car. My car has scratches on the back bumper , the mirrors and side't doors have spilt paint and the car parts on the left hand side are missing. Dont ever use Royal Panelbeaters , they are situated in Stafford , Johannesburg on 2 LA ROCHELLE ROAD. Rudy is the owner , but has no business ethics or knows how to talk to his clients once he has their business. A definite Embarrassment to panelbeating. DONT EVER USE THEM!!!!!
