Very poor and unprofessional service

The worst service ever. My furniture arrived 2 days late with damages. My tv got water damage, bedding all wet, tv unit wet and vacuum bags torn. I reported it, said they will need to get a statement from the driver. After numerous follow up, no response from them at all. Please people do not use them. You will end up with more damages that expected. Very unprofessional and unreliable....not worth what they were paid.

Worst Moving company ever

The worst moving company ever. The company paid them in full. They were suppose to deliver on the 31st and never showed up. Today on the 1st of November I find out they use external contractors for moving. Till this minute I am struggling to get my furniture delivered. Now they guilt trip me as the customer because they were not on time because the driver overslept and they still have a delivery in Cape Town. They expect me to drive over mountain at night just so they can deliver when they arrived, while I had to make living arrangement. Who's fault is that? Also, no communication during the whole process. Absolutely pathetic.

No client service from Royal Swift logistics

This company has no respect for there clients. At first when they want your business they are always available. Now that something has gone wrong, no reply. They are promissing to get back but they don't. During my move from Montana to Bela Bela, they movers dropped my TV. It broke into pieces. The mowers took it back with them and said they will talk to Prosper, the sales rep that is also useless to attend to the problem. No reply after numerous telephone calls. Don't use these people, they just don't care. The damage to my furniture not even to mention.

Well organised

Well organised and helpful team, Everything was well organised,all what I can say is that they are professionals,They don't take chances at all Very reliable and good communication I don't think I can use another company which is not Royal shift logistics when it comes to relocational Thank you very much

Royal Shift Logistics Pty Ltd - ****MERS & ******IONS

We booked RS Logistics to do a home move. 5 bedrooms, The distance between the two houses is 800m. We received a quote based on the size of the house where it was specified 5 bedrooms including wardrobes, bedroom suites, kitchen appliances and moving boxes. They assured us the truck sent would be big enough for the items specified. We confirmed the booking 2 months in advance. And again the week prior to the move. Being Saturday the 31st of August 2024. The truck arrived 5 hours late. It was abundantly clear the truck would not be big enough for a single trip. I queried with the driver who said he was in charge and he said he would do 2 trips. They loaded the first load. Once they arrived at the premises they refused to offload until payment reflected in the account and their Boss, Prosper is his name confirmed they could off load. While I was annoyed at this treatment I had agreed to the quoted amount and made immediate payment. They offloaded during which time I was communicating with Prosper re the second load. He stated that the quote he gave us was per trip and I would have to pay an additional R2 800. I refused at which point he sent me a WhatsApp saying "ok 2 trips" I took this to mean he agreed to move all household items per quotation. The truck picked up the second load during which time Prosper called me. An argument ensued with him continuing to demand the additional payment and me refusing. I did offer to pay an additional amount of 800.00 taking into account the extra time and cost for labour. He put the phone down on me. After this Prosper was no longer answering my calls or responding to my messages and the truck was already loaded. The driver said it's ok he will take the truck up to the new house everything was ok. On arrival I was then told that under no circumstances would my furniture be offloaded until the full additional payment was made. After over an hour of being held to ransome I received a message stating pay 2 400.00 or the truck is leaving with my belongings. By this time it was after 5pm. Out of sheer desperation and out of options I made the immediate payment. It occured to me that this is not the first time they have pulled this ****. As the workers immediately exited the truck and got comfortable chatting and joking. I have since scoured the internet and have found I was correct. I came across several reviews with strikingly similar stories.

VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Good day Please do not use these people very bad service. .they came to pick up my goods 21 March 2024 promise to deliver over the weekend latest 24 March 2024... my stuff first went to there warehouse and they went through my stuff my boxes where opend. Stuff was ******. .this is so very bad and I never took pictures of everything that was in the boxes because I trusted them to look after my stuff I had some boxes lost my plants is gone. And the worst thing of all not the same company deliver ASL logistics came and deliver in Strand only on the 4 April 2024....stuff was broken tjis is very bad service do not use these people....

Mega shift logistics disaster

If u need stress use this company.They picked my items in joburg 01/12 and no contract signed pertaining delivery and their logistics.i received my items on the 9/12 and when i enquire their consultant she was rude and showed me documents i didnt sign.Imagine sleeping on the floor for all these days cz i didnt take any belongings with me.Unfortunately my thing came but with items ******.My plastic with sneakers was open and i lost my white nike sneakers.So nje i will never use this courier again.Even that 1bi gave u is for my things that were delivered not the item that was ******. They will deliver when it suits them
