I have purchased many vehicles over the years but the service I received from RR Motors was exemplary. I literally drove the car off the lot without even testing, that's how much I trusted them. I would certainly buy there again! Well done!

I bought a Hyundai H100 on Friday the 17th of November 2023, paid for in full cash. The said salesman Mr Jabu Mahlangu assured me that the vehicle is great running condition and has no faults. I drove the car for 1 week to be exact. As on Friday the 24th of November i felt the car shaking badly and i stopped the car immediately. When i tried to start the car again, it refused to start. As i got out of the car, i saw some broken elements underneath the car. I immediately report the issue to Mr Ronnie Smith and Layton Smith as well as their salesman Mr Jabu Mahlangu. They asked that i call in a towing service and they they will refund me (which they did a week later). We agreed that the car will be towed to my place of work in Akasia and they will send their mechanic to come check the car. A week later, their mechanic came to check the car and in under 5mins left and said he will send his assessment report. The assessment report was then received and spells that the engine is dead and the car needs a new engine to the value of R54 000 (odd). I responded to Layton Smith who had sent me this messages/invoices that i am not going to accept this as this means that they knew that the car has a problem but failed to alert me but sold me the car under a pretence of GOOD CONDITION. And just getting either Ronnie Smith or Layton Smith take my calls nor respond to my messages is a challenge as they never take my calls nor respond to my messages. I want my R120 000 paid back with immediate effect and they must come take their H100 from my work premises. I need help to get all my money back, and them removing their car from my work premises. These dealership is a ****. Doesnt treat its customers with respect. Never takes customers calls. Never respond to customers messages. And they should be stopped from doing such ********** service to the customers. I bought this H100 so i could make furniture deliveries. But as it stands, i lost a lot of money by hiring other bakkies to do the deliveries for me. Lost time on logistics and paid R120 000 just to drive the car for only 1 week. In my past experience of owning a Hyundai H100, I have never experienced this until i sold it during business downtime. So, the experience of driving an H100 i do have and have driven one for just over 8yrs. I want my money back from RR Motors and i want it in full.
