Incomplete job by RS Power Consultants

Hello Peter Complaint Title: Incomplete work and ongoing broken promises since August 2025

I hired this service provider to complete a job which was only partially done. Since August 2025, I have been repeatedly promised that the work would be finished, but to date nothing has happened. I have followed up many times and was met with excuses and new dates that were never honoured. The job remains unfinished and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. I am requesting that the work be completed immediately or that a refund be discussed. I would not recommend this service provider based on my experience. Outcome expected: Completion of the job OR a fair refund.
