Unauthorized Credit Report Access
I received a call from a call centre agent of this company by the name of Amanda advising they received information that I’m being overcharged on my accounts and loans so they want to help me to cut those down. When I asked what accounts and loans she said they don’t know as they did not receive that particular information. When I said I do not have any accounts and loans she said okay thank you and proceeded to drop the call. Immediately after that I received an sms stating that I authorized a credit report to be drawn in my name and the reason is affordability assessment. We did not have that conversation about my credit report being pulled and I did not authorize this. Why was this authorized when I did not authorize such? I emailed the company to query this and followed up again but received no feedback. Pulling my credit report without my consent is absolutely disrespectful, interfering with my credit score for nothing by pulling this report. What a very unprofessional way to conduct business.

Give back my damn money RSA DEBIT MEDIATION
Rsa mediation is 1 of the worse companies i have ever worked for they are such ****mers that the boss cant pay his people right you always have to go sit and fix your money problems with him and then he takes for ever to pay you mind you i went back to the company just to be taken for a **** he thinks his a lawyer he can do and please just like he wants to and not pay me November last year cause i must pay for the fact that he paid the wrong Lauren so i need to get over it n pay the price for his negligence.... then he has the nerve to not even give ppl tea time n only a 30min lunch like we ****en slaves then a girl that works there signs me up and says shes gna cancel she just need to reach her target and so i said ok but please cancel nee till today cancel bills nog altos taking money from me November December jan and now Feb and doesnt want to pay my money back so Mr Dr plooy so called mnr wa hoor jy mense se nog mnr jy dn jy jys nie my nmr nie you a **** man that wants to build a picture to your consultants then **** them over you can get a court order come for me but remember this im not going to back off till you pay me my R3000 you owe me since November and all my damn R395 and tell your consultants to stop calling my god damn RD you **** guy that wants trust but nobody can even trust you so you have my account details dont still call me or send me **** cause then I'll post all your msg n voice notes also about you not despite for people but in actual fact you can't even pay your people or give them a damn tea or allow them to eat like ****en slaves you need to work no break only 30mins im not that stupid and i have a contract of the company so fight me and see how far you get ****en white man thinking he can **** everybody like he wants well im a coloured that will come back for you until I get my money all my money you have been taking and remove this post ill just post a even better 1 until you take me to court or pay my money how much times to you expect me to cancel and how much times you still want to take from me you good for nothing man that treats his people that shames his company better then people that does the write thing

I'm furious because they are quick to take your money but when it time to pay back they disappear. You asked for a bad review after you ignored me so please I need my money back. BAD SERVICE
This I the worst company i have ever had an encounter with. I have cacelled the product before it started and I received no communication cation from them. I had to make contact with them telephonically and they promised to do the refund and get back to me.they have not once on their own thought to give me I sight on my cancellation am thy still deducted my money. Be aware. RSA Debt Mediation has a website that looks legitimate. I sent a summons with a sheriff to the address they say they work from. It's a ****! For anyone who has had a similar experience, I was advised by a tracer to take the payment proof to a police station and lay a charge. They will track the account. The most revolting business ****ming people pretending to pay their debt!

Be aware. RSA Debt Mediation has a website that looks legitimate. I sent a summons with a sheriff to the address they say they work from. It's a ****! For anyone who has had a similar experience, I was advised by a tracer to take the payment proof to a police station and lay a charge. They will track the account. The most revolting business ****ming people pretending to pay their debt!

They phoned me for a clearance certificate and then told me a once off fee that will be split over 2 months.. It sounded good and then they send me debit order mandates for those two amounts. After it was approved I only then received email with other conditions that streched over a year of payments. I tried to contact Ruwaidah Erasmus immediately after recwiving her emails she is the one who spoke to me on the phone and they said to leave mesaage. She phone me and i Told her I want to cancel evwrything. She said she will atrange and sens cancellatikn email to say that NO money will go off from my bank account..today 1 week later after numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received that confirmation. Carin in Cancellatikn department told me all ia cancelled but the assessment fee with Ruwaidah I still need to pay that is R685. She did not even do an asseaament. I have sen Ruwaihdah emails and phone calls to phone me with no luck. So pleaeDO NOT JOIN THESE PEOPLE. THEIR ACTIONS IS NOT GOOD. I told Cancellation dep how can I pay for somwthing that I immediately cancelled with agent? Please if somwone from their Management team sort this out foe me l.told agent spwcifically I do not accept their emails and amounts and now I am charged bexauae I spoke to an Agent?
