I was debited 3 separate amounts by this company. Straight after that I canceled their services and the debit orders. They confirmed, in writing, that all the debits were canceled. This month, I was debited AGAIN, even though they confirmed in writing that the debits were canceled. I spoke to a consultant who advised me that the person attending to my matter made a mistake when she told me, in writing, that all debits were canceled. She further stated she cannot refund me. This really annoys me as they made an error, certainly not me. This goes against the POPI act and action should be taken against this company. I eagerly await my refund.
