Friendly and fast service from Sharlene and James.
I needed rubber belts for a cassette deck. After contacting at least 9 companies, I received a positive response from RSE. Friendly and fast service resulted in the restoration of A classic NAD 6150C.

Wrong decision of note
I made a purchase of a digital audio converter and received not one but 2 faulty units from this company. I spoke to a lady named Sharlene and she was nice in the beginning offering to bring me the unit as she stays closeby but ths was my mistake as its left me with little or no recourse on getting a refund as now we are literally changing years and still im waiting for a refund of R200 from the 22nd Dec. Theres been plenty time since then and enough business days to process this but it seems people dont really care for small transactions or the fact that people dont really have money to waste in December. Utterly disappointed and do not recommend them as products are faulty and theres a serious lack of customer service.

RSE Amazing online service
RSE Electronics, you are amazing, I've ordered a part on Sunday (J'burg) and got it today (Tuesday) in Cape Town! I am to say the least "very impressed" Package was nicely wrapped and components in bubble wrap. Great! Keep up the good work FG Boshoff Cape Town

RSE Amazing online service

Disregard, disrespectful to customerss
This was the worse unprofessionalism I ever had to deal with. I went to Rse Electronics with my fiance to pick up a fixed cable. At the pay point this lady started asking personal questions to my fiance and I turned towards him and said "seems like the whole world knows you are going away. This lady then breached into our conversation getting personal, I said I think this conversation is irrelevant, The "sales lady" spoke to me/ us as if we were her children and acted like a hooligan not knowing her place and behaving like a professional should. She insulted me and when we left and called back to complain about her inappropriate behavior she again yelled, cussed and made accusations, she then got a man to call us back implying we made a scene and threatened me. As he was on the fone to us you could hear her yelling in the background, this man called Chris made no effort to hear our side or bothered to ask what had happened. I am very upset that she think she can behave this way towards customers and get away with it. It almost seems as if it was personal but nonetheless, this happened in her work place and I dont know her from a bar of soap!!!! Worse client service totally lacking respect and professionalism!!! I am disgusted with her behavior
